In 2016, McCade Johnson started his landscaping company with only a push mower and some hand tools. The young entrepreneur had a vision beyond landscaping- with hard work and loyal customers McCade acquired Quality Trash Services in the year of 2018. Quality Trash Services currently serves over 100 homes in Laramie, Wyoming.

In 2021, Carlos Salcido returned to Wyoming upon completing his master's degree. He had missed the snowy days and the strong sense of community which Wyoming provides. Carlos is credited for bringing electric scooters to Laramie and aiding public transportation. He has successfully launched Laramie Scooter along with Champs Indoor Services.

Johnson and Salcido have been long-time friends. The duo decided to attack this dream, as a team, and merge the companies to create Champs Outdoor Services LLC.

Born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming- McCade has always had a thing for all things Cowboy. McCade is a former Wyoming Gatorade Player of the Year for track and field. McCade is currently a student-athlete at the University of Wyoming while consecutively launching and running his business ventures. McCade embodies every aspect of being "Wyoming-made" and stays true to who he is. McCade could be described as hardworking, trustworthy, and ambitious.

Carlos Salcido

Co-Owner, Head of Business Operations

From 207 miles west on I-80, Carlos Salcido was raised in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Carlos ran track and field at the University of New Mexico, where he was very successful as a student and an athlete. Carlos won 7 Mountain West Titles in his time as a Lobo and graduated with a bachelor's in Strategic Communications and a master's in Social Work. Carlos is proof that if you are passionate about something and you work hard- the sky is the limit.
